We all know that aging is a natural process and there is no other option than to accept it. Anti-oxidants also play a major role in protecting the skin against the free radicals that disrupts the skin collagen forming wrinkles. Fresh fruits and green vegetables act as good anti-oxidants and hence should be included in the daily eating habits.

Smoke adversely affect the skin and renders it dry, so its better to give up smoking and related habits that may form an obstruction in skin repairing process. Most of the beauty tips and facial massage therapy has also proved to be effective. Fruit massage may also provide you with good results.

Wash your skin in intervals, thus removing the dust and pollutants particles. Avoid tanning of skin by covering it if possible and apply sun scream regularly.

Apart from these one should practice daily exercise, aerobics, yoga, meditation, these activities will provide you peace of mind and will keep you stress free. Living happy life is the key for young and firm skin. The stress and tension reflects on our face making our skin more dull and saggy.
